Well.. Cellhut is selling an unlocked 8Gb iPhone on their website. I wonder if this is the fully unlocked version they're selling in Europe. Then again, I saw this:

With that said, this is looking like a hacked one. Who knows. You're paying a pretty penny for it too. With that 3G iPhone slated to come out soon, I'm not sure if you want to waste your money on this. It could even get cheaper for all I know.
