This is an amazing series and I'm looking forward to watching it on Blu-Ray. The only downside for this deal is that it's on HD-DVD. Sorry, Blu-Ray fans :(

In order to cut it's losses for now a legacy format, Amazon is doing what it does best - giving you what you think you want, for cheap. Today, they're hooking up HD-DVD owners with big discounts on several big name HD-DVDs. Damn! They've even got "Batman Begins" and "V for Vendetta" up in there. If I was one of the stupid ones who got their hands on an HD-DVD player "back in the day", then this is a no brainer!
